You bring deals or local market knowledge in a county we don't yet work; we bring funding, contracts, title, and dispositions. 50/50 or per-deal split, written in advance.
You send us seller leads or buyer leads you can't or don't want to close yourself. We pay a flat referral fee on every closed deal. Standard agreement in writing before the first deal.
